- Please ship to: PSC 28085 Smyth Drive, Valencia, CA 91355
- Please include a note stating what work you would like performed.
- Please be sure to include a return address and daytime telephone number.
- Please indicate if you require an estimate before work is performed.
- Please indicate shipping requirements. All repairs are shipped UPS, Fed Ex or DHL.
- Please include billing information. Shipping charges will be added to invoice or shipped via your shipping account.
- For possible Warranty Coverage, please include a copy of original purchase receipt including date of purchase.
- A representative of PSC will call you when the repair is complete to finalize invoicing. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express or we can ship UPS COD.
- All repairs include a limited 90 day warranty.
Please note that when shipping your equipment to PSC for repair it must be packaged properly. UPS and Federal Express will only provide insurance coverage for items that are packaged properly. Be sure to use a proper size box that allows for a minimum of 2" (5 cm) of packing material surrounding the equipment. Equipment arriving at PSC in damaged condition is not covered under any PSC warranty.
